Nava Desk products are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped or returned.
General Refund Rule
Trial charges and subscription payments are generally non-refundable after digital access is provided. This rule does not limit refunds required by applicable law.
Billing and Technical Exceptions
A refund or billing correction may be considered for a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a verified technical failure that prevents access to the purchased content and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
Trials and Renewals
Each trial has a charge shown before purchase. After the selected trial, the subscription renews monthly at the disclosed price unless canceled before renewal.
Cancellation Is Not a Refund
Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund a trial charge or subscription charge already processed.

Contact support@navadeskhq.com with the account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction.
